My client an established haulier based in Kidderminster is looking to recruit 7.5 tonne Multi-drop Drivers to join their team.
The role is Monday to Friday 7am starts delivering locally in Worcestershire & Herefordshire. Suitable drivers must have previous multi drop experience.
This is a temp to perm opportunity and the rate of pay is £14.60 or £16.36 with rolled holiday

We are seeking a reliable and skilled 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods across various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as adherence to all road safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving, particularly with flatbed vehicles.
Duties
- Operate a 7.5 tonne lorry for the delivery of goods to designated locations.
- Ensure that all deliveries are completed in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload goods safely, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Report any vehicle defects or issues promptly to management.
- Assist in the training of new drivers as required.
Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence with the appropriate category for driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle.
- Proven experience as a commercial driver, preferably with flatbed vehicles.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift heavy items safely and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading goods.
- A clean driving record is preferred.
