Job Overview:
The Compliance Manager supports the maintenance of product and business compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards and management systems. The role assists with product testing, certification, technical documentation and compliance activities related to the specific industry and market products.
Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Projects teams, the successful applicant will help ensure compliance requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.

Assist in maintaining compliance with EN 12101 and other relevant standards.

Support UKCA and CE marking activities.

Maintain technical files, certification records and compliance documentation.

Support product testing programmes and certification activities.

Monitor updates to standards and regulations relevant to company requirements.

Support compliance with industry specific schemes.

Assist with internal and external audits.

Help maintain records, procedures and documentation required by the Integrated Management System.

Support corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.

Provide compliance guidance to internal departments.

Support customer and project-related technical compliance enquiries.

Participate in design reviews and product development activities where required

Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records.

Ensure documentation is controlled and readily available for audit and certification purposes.

Assist with the preparation of reports and compliance data.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working within a similar role or industry is essential.

Previous experience working within a similar role within the Manufacturing industry is desirable.

Knowledge of EN 12101 standards is essential.

Understanding of UKCA/CE marking requirements.

Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 systems.

Internal Auditor qualification or willingness to obtain.
