Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this is a senior central support role embracing many aspects of the finance, sales, marketing, purchasing and general administration of our high technology manufacturing business in Haverhill, Suffolk.
The selected candidate will be able to demonstrate experience using sophisticated accounting and operations software and systems, ideally with a finance or related qualification. You will need to show maturity and “can-do” organisational flair, having a track record working with senior managers and staff across disciplines in a team environment.
The Company’s advanced industrial heaters are designed and manufactured in our two factories to the highest quality standards using high-speed automated processes. Exported globally to meet strict international electrical safety standards, the products are unique in their field.
Attention to detail is essential at every level, and this role requires an exceptional ability to deliver accuracy with understanding, whilst enjoying the wider aspects of dealing with suppliers, customers, and our overseas sales offices in USA and China. Technical and commercial product training can be provided but any prior exporting or importing knowledge will be highly beneficial. You will be comfortable and fast using all modern IT equipment and systems on a daily basis and ideally already have a working knowledge using AI solutions for productivity gains.
Ability to speak and write fluently in one or more European languages would be a very strong attribute that we would value, whilst not a mandatory requirement to apply.
