Langosteria Group, in strong expansion, was founded in 2007 when CEO Enrico Buonocore opened the first restaurant in Milan's Via Savona: Langosteria. Langosteria quickly became a benchmark in Milan's dining scene, distinguished by its relentless pursuit of the highest quality ingredients.
The Group currently operates 7 exclusive restaurants across Milan, Santa Margherita Ligure, Paris (Langosteria at Cheval Blanc) and St. Moritz, with the prestigious addition of Langosteria at the historic Raffles Hotel London at The OWO in the heart of Whitehall, London.
About the Job
At Langosteria, every role in the kitchen contributes to delivering an exceptional dining experience. We are looking for a n. 4 Kitchen Porter who brings reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to support the team and ensure the highest standards behind the scenes.
- This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about working in a fast-paced fine dining environment and takes pride in maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency in the kitchen.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Support chefs and the kitchen team with basic preparation and daily tasks as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in line with Langosteria standards
- Assist with deliveries, storage, and stock rotation to ensure proper handling of goods
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
About You
- Minimum one year of experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality
- Good knowledge of service standards and restaurant operations
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
