Rivercatcher Holiday Cottages Llandrillo Corwen are looking for a Maintenance Person who will be required to carry out maintenance/gardening to our Cottages/Log Cabins.
Job role: 24 - 30 hours per week, the hours will be spread over a full week. Must be able to work most weekends. Must be able to drive.
Duties:
- Gardening/landscaping
- Resolving maintenance issues
- Maintaining the area
- Hot Tub cleaning/maintenance
- General labouring
- Maintaining general equipment
- Log splitting and maintaining log store
- Painting and decorating
Some elements of the role will be physically demanding.
Skills/Abilities
- Must be hard working
- Responsible, organised, reliable and trust worthy
- Experience using power tools is desirable
- Must be able to drive due to location
