Role Overview
As a Property Manager, you’ll become a key part of our dedicated property management team, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to both landlords and tenants at all times.
This is a varied and fast-moving role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing tenancy and landlord enquiries
- Organising and overseeing property repairs
- Booking and carrying out property visits and inspections
- Carrying out property inventories prior to tenant move-ins
- Conducting property viewings
- Managing move-ins and move-outs
- Utility management and administration
- Ensuring safety certificates remain compliant and up to date
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors daily
- Supporting the wider team with general property management duties

Previous experience within property, maintenance, customer service, or administration would be an advantage, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive basic salary depending on experience and performance
- Starting salary between £23,655 - £25,848 per year

- Band 1: £23,655
- Band 2: £24,365
- Band 3: £25,096
- Band 4: £25,848
Hours
- Full-time (5 days per week)
- Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm (with a day off during the week)
- Every Saturday: 9:30am - 3:30pm
