We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced detail-oriented Valeter/Detailer to join our team based in Nutts Corner. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are presented in pristine condition, both inside and out. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience for our clients.
Duties
- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, for retail presentation and delivery to customers
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that may require attention
- Proactively attend to blemishes both internally and externally on vehicles using both equipment (i.e machine polisher) and specific products
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the detailing area and equipment.
- Keep the sales yard, and other areas in a clean and tidy condition
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold the reputation of the company, when interacting with others
- To deliver/ collect vehicles
- Other sundry activities as required by management
Experience
- A Full UK Clean Driving Licence
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Machine polishing experience
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time keeping skills are essential
- Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience in a similar role within the motortrade
