We are seeking a dedicated and efficient fallen stock collector to join our team. We are a small, family-run business who have been operating across North and East Yorkshire for over 50 years. We pride ourselves on providing an efficient service to our customers. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that our high standards are maintained.
Requirements
- Category C Driving Licence essential
- Current Driver CPC
- WATOK Licence preferable
- Previous experience as a fallen stock collector preferable
Duties
- To operate a rigid lorry in which the carcasses are collected from customer’s premises
- To humanely euthanise animals where necessary
- To unload the carcasses on return to the yard
- To complete the daily paperwork as instructed
- To wash down and disinfect the lorry daily
- To ensure that the yard is maintained and clean.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £15.50 per hour
