Duties
- Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and hands-on inspection techniques
- Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake adjustments, tire replacements, and fluid top-offs
- Repair or replace faulty parts utilizing hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques
- Disassemble and reassemble motorcycle components with precision to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure all repairs meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications
- Assist customers by explaining repair procedures, providing maintenance advice, and answering technical questions
- Maintain detailed service records and update repair logs for each motorcycle serviced
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams
- Experience working with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly processes
- Knowledge of motorcycle systems including engines, brakes, electrical components, and suspension
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling motorcycle parts or equipment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Prior experience in equipment repair or maintenance preferred but not required
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks requiring strength and dexterity
