I'm working with an established construction recruitment business in Nottingham that is looking to hire Recruitment Consultants to join their growing team.
You'll have the opportunity to work with existing clients, live vacancies and genuine opportunities to build a successful desk.

- Previous recruitment/ sales experience

- Strong communication and business development skills
What you'll be doing:
- Building strong client relationships
- Sourcing and placing candidates (construction)
- Winning new business and developing your own client base, with the help of a very successful manager
- Delivering a full 360 recruitment service
- Managing and growing a Construction recruitment desk
