As a Junior Strategy and Transformation Analyst, this is what you’ll be doing:
You'll be responsible for driving forward strategic and transformation initiatives to deliver both organic and inorganic growth for the organisation.
This role involves planning, executing, and monitoring initiatives that drive significant change across multiple functions or business units.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, manage risks, and achieve desired outcomes.
Role responsibilities
Transformation Programme Management and Communication
Work with the Strategy and Transformation team to develop and execute overall programme strategy, goals, and objectives.

- Run transformation initiatives with key business teams.
- Track and report on programme level performance metrics and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive an internal communications programme to support the transformation and business growth goals of QS.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their active involvement and commitment.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, executive sponsors, and business leaders.
- Provide project leadership throughout the transformation lifecycle, for example:
Defining scope, deliverables, and success criteria for projects

Establishing project governance structures, roles, and responsibilities.

- Tracking and reporting on success
Resolving any issues that might impede progress against milestones.

Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.
Strategic Planning and Analysis
- Support strategic planning and budget planning cycle.
- Deliver business analysis to support strategy and work with business unit and finance teams to ensure business decision making is analytical and data-driven.
- Support market and competitor research, establishing frameworks to use across the organisation.
- Conduct scenario analysis to understand, evaluate and manage business risk and opportunity due to market, economic and geopolitical factors.
Any other additional duties as required.

Key skills and experience
- Relevant Master’s Degree or MBA.
- Prior experience in Management Consulting, Internal Strategy or Corporate Development.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering transformation/change programs.
- Experience developing financial returns analysis.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- A proactive mindset, with the experience and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving.
