After another successful year of growth, we’re looking to expand our team and recruit a Field Service Engineer to cover the Leeds/Bradford/Manchester area.
Working closely with members of the Smart IT team you will provide remote and client facing technical support on a "front line" basis in Leeds and the surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be based hybrid from our office and in the field with work from home available. Faults and projects will be worked on remotely, if they can not be resolved remotely, a site visit may be required. This would include IT, telephony and connectivity issues, alongside assisting our sales team on demonstrations and site surveys.

Must Haves:
- Driving License
- 2 years Business IT Support experience minimum
Required Skills:
- Networking – LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Routers, VPN’s
- Office 365 – installation, troubleshooting and management
- Good knowledge of Active Directory
- Experience assisting users remotely
To Your Advantage:
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
- VOIP hardware/software experience
- Strong customer service
