Commercially astute and creatively driven, you will lead and manage the hotel's bar operations, to consistently provide outstanding service while ensuring premium beverage quality. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hospitality while maximising profitability, developing the team and ensuring compliance with all company and legal requirements.
When working as a Bar Manager you will be the person in charge for the guest journey during our guest’s time in the Bar. Here’s what you will be expected to do:
- Lead daily bar operations, stock, compliance, and financial performance, ensuring standards are met and maintained.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic bar environment at all times, and to comply with hotel security, licensing laws, age verification procedures, fire regulations, health and safety and food safety legislation.
- Collaborate with other departments to maximise sales and upselling in the bar, via promotions, deals or creative flair.
- Develop innovative cocktail menus and seasonal beverage offerings aligned with market trends and guest expectations.
- Deliver regular beverage knowledge training sessions through coaching, cocktail masterclasses and product tasting within the department.
- Elevate every guest’s experience by combining flawless product quality, creative innovation, and a culture of excellence within the team that reflects the hotel’s personality.
