About Astoria Windows
Astoria Windows is a FENSA-certified installer of windows, doors and conservatories, with branches in Hereford and Shrewsbury. We supply and install uPVC, aluminium and timber windows and doors, composite doors, and conservatories for residential customers across Herefordshire, Shropshire and the surrounding area, alongside a dedicated supply-only service for building contractor partners.
The Role
We're looking for a Customer Service/Administrator to join our team and support customers throughout their journey with Astoria — from initial enquiry through to post-installation follow-up. You'll be the friendly, organised voice behind the scenes, keeping communication flowing smoothly between customers, sales, surveyors and the installation team.
This is a varied role combining customer service, administration and coordination — ideal for someone who's organised, personable, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Managing bookings and diary coordination for surveys and installations
- Keeping customer records and job details accurate and up to date in our CRM system
- Liaising between sales, surveyors and the installation team to keep jobs moving and customers informed
- Handling customer queries and concerns professionally, resolving issues or escalating where needed
- Preparing and processing paperwork such as orders, contracts and invoices
- Supporting the sales and survey teams with general administrative tasks
- Following up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and handle any aftercare queries
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable with technology — confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Outlook, and picking up new digital tools quickly
- A calm, solutions-focused approach to resolving customer queries
- A team player who works well with sales, surveying and installation colleagues
- Experience in the home improvement, construction or windows/doors industry is a bonus but not required

Pay: £26,500.00-£29,500.00 per year
