The Role
As a Front of House Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors. Your role is a blend of sales, customer service, and smooth day-to-day gym operations. You’ll play a key part in driving memberships, promoting services, and ensuring every visitor has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and members with a warm, friendly attitude
- Drive sales by engaging confidently with customers and promoting memberships, services, and packages
- Handle incoming enquiries via whatsapp, phone, email, and in person
- Process payments and manage bookings accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional Front of House area
- Support the wider team with daily tasks and smooth running of operations
- Build genuine relationships to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales experience is essential (retail, hospitality, leisure, or similar)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
- Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
