We’re more than just a nursery group. We’re the UK’s most innovative early-years education provider.
At N Family Club, we dreamed of reimagining early years education. Becoming a place that fosters creativity, embraces a curriculum-led approach, and prepares children for the modern world. We’re proudly making our dream a reality – and we want you to be a part of it!

- Champion educational quality: Partner with Nursery Managers and Education Advisors to embed the N Pedagogy and Curriculum, driving continuous improvement through self-evaluation plans and N100 audits.
- Drive commercial success: Own regional occupancy, revenue, and EBITDA targets, collaborating with Sales and Marketing while ensuring efficient staffing and smart cost management.
- Deliver operational excellence & safety: Ensure robust compliance across EYFS statutory requirements, Ofsted, Health & Safety, and internal N policies, maintaining an open culture of continuous risk assessment and behavioral safety.
- Manage safeguarding rigorously: Work directly with the COO, Operations Director, and Safeguarding Leads to handle any safeguarding matters swiftly and effectively.
- Build strong relationships & community links: Support managers in creating warm, uplifting spaces for parents (leveraging initiatives like partner handovers) and forge strong local community and authority connections.
- Role model our values: Lead with passion and integrity—never cutting corners, welcoming feedback, and actively living our culture to help N become the most loved early education group in the UK.
