The Role
You will manage a broad range of Private Client matters, delivering practical, compassionate, and commercially focused advice while maintaining exceptional client care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Managing both Probate and Intestacy matters from instruction through to completion
- Preparing applications for Grants of Representation
- Drafting Wills, Trust documentation, and LPAs
- Assisting with Court of Protection and Deputyship matters where required
- Advising on inheritance tax and estate planning matters
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and third parties
- Managing your own caseload efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of client service
- Supporting the continued growth of the department through excellent client relationships
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor, Lawyer, or Chartered Legal Executive with NQ–5 years' PQE
- Experience in Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, and LPAs
- Strong communication and client care skills with a compassionate approach
- Excellent drafting and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise effectively
- Proactive, approachable, and keen to develop professionally
- A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail
