New salon opening in Rusthall, Tunbridge Wells.
Looking for full time and part time stylists that are enthusiastic and love to work as part of a team. The position will include working a late night and a Saturday.
Pay is negotiated on experience
Responsibilities:
- Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
Experience:
- Minimum of Level 2 NVQ or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years of experience
- Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- Knowledge of barbering techniques is a plus but not essential
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive salon experience for clients
