Inbound Sales Advisor / Call Handler (Plumbing & Heating)
Location: Remote initially (attendance at our office will be required when the role returns to office-based working)
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
Salary: National Minimum Wage (currently £12.71 per hour for workers aged 21+) plus uncapped performance bonuses for every job you successfully book. Full-time equivalent (40 hours) £26,436.80 per year, with the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through performance.
About the Role
We are looking for confident, experienced sales professionals to join our inbound call handling team.
This is not a cold calling role. Every call is an inbound enquiry from customers looking for plumbing, heating, drainage or electrical services. Your role is to convert enquiries into confirmed appointments by building rapport, handling objections, and giving customers the confidence to choose our company.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Build trust and overcome customer objections.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong sales performance.
- Accurately book appointments using our internal systems.
- Liaise with office staff and engineers where required.
- Meet individual booking and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telephone sales, inbound sales, or a similar phone-based sales role.
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
- A proven track record of closing sales over the phone.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home working environment (while remote).
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
