Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic mature professional for Bar and Floor Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will deliver exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. This role involves both bar service and floor management, requiring a friendly demeanour and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Previous experience of at least 1 year in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred for this role . All roles are paid positions, offering valuable experience within the hospitality industry.
Duties
- Serve drinks and food to customers in a courteous and timely manner
- Prepare and replenish bar stock, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Take orders accurately using epos sale systems and process payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to hygiene regulations
- Assist in setting up tables, organising seating arrangements, and managing guest flow
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally and attentively
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and respond promptly to any concerns or requests
- Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth operation of the venue
- Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service or restaurant environments is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with good time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
