Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Qualified PPF Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing Paint Protection Film (PPF) on vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that meets the highest standards of quality and durability. Your mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and physical strength will be essential in delivering exceptional results for our clients. Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle surfaces meticulously by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal adhesion of PPF.
- Measure and cut PPF accurately using hand tools, power tools, and templates to fit various vehicle contours.
- Install PPF seamlessly on different vehicle areas, including hoods, bumpers, doors, and fenders, maintaining a smooth, bubble-free finish.
- Use heavy lifting techniques safely to handle large sheets of film and assist with vehicle positioning when necessary.
- Inspect completed installations thoroughly for quality control, making adjustments as needed to achieve a perfect fit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly storing tools and disposing of waste materials responsibly.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents during installation procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience working with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or bulky materials.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise installations.
- Prior experience in automotive film installation or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina to stand, kneel, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
