Project Coordinator
Location: Sunderland (Office-Based)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing business within the Renewables and Construction sector, for an Office Administrator / Project Coordinator to join their team.
This is a varied role that will support the day-to-day delivery of projects and ensure smooth operational performance across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing subcontractor records and compliance documentation
- Coordinating onboarding processes and contracts
- Maintaining project schedules, trackers, and spreadsheets
- Liaising with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Collecting and managing project documentation
- Providing general administrative and project support
The successful candidate will have previous administration or project coordination experience, excellent organisational skills, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience within the Renewables, ECO, Retrofit, or Construction sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
