Sweet Pea Daycare are seeking a fun, passionate, hard working and enthusiastic individual to join us in our mission to provide outstanding childcare within all Early Year age groups.
The successful candidates will assist us with providing high quality childcare based in our home from home Nursery in Cardiff. The setting is open Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5.45 5pm and you will be required to be flexible during these times.
The successful candidate MUST hold a Level 3 qualification or above in Childcare and have a clear enhanced DBS.
Recent, previous experience within an Early Years role is essential as well as a sound knowledge and understanding of child development and the Foundation Phase Framework.
You will need to be kind, compassionate, patient and caring with the ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment. You will be pro-active, reliable and flexible with a genuine passion for working with children.
