About Moeschle UK
Moeschle UK Ltd is celebrating its 25th year in the UK market and forms part of the well-established Moeschle Group, which has been successfully operating in Germany for more than 50 years. The business is built on strong engineering values, long-term customer relationships and a financially robust foundation.
We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of high-quality stainless steel storage vessels, pressure vessels, tank farms and associated access ladders, staircases, platforms and some integrated process systems.
Supported by advanced manufacturing facilities in Germany and Poland, we deliver bespoke engineering solutions throughout the UK with also export outside of Europe.
Here's what's different at Moeschle.
At many companies, senior engineers produce drawings and hand projects over. At Moeschle UK, you'll take genuine end-to-end ownership, working directly with customers, manufacturing teams and project stakeholders from initial enquiry through design, manufacture, installation and final delivery.
This is not a repetitive production role. Every project is different. You'll work on bespoke stainless-steel vessels, pressure equipment, process systems, access structures and complete process solutions used by leading food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical and industrial manufacturers.
Just as importantly, you'll have the opportunity to influence engineering standards, mentor younger team members and help shape the future direction of engineering within a growing UK business.

This is a varied and technically challenging role where you will be responsible for the complete engineering and design lifecycle of bespoke stainless steel process equipment and supporting structures.
You will work directly with customers, suppliers and manufacturing teams to transform customer requirements into safe, practical and commercially viable engineering solutions.
Projects typically begin as a simple enquiry, customer sketch, process description or operational requirement. You will use your wealth of engineering experience to interpret the brief to develop concepts, create designs and deliver cost-effective, fully engineered manufacturing solutions. Collaborating closely with the customer, suppliers and our manufacturing facilities in Europe, you will take projects from concept through to manufacture and installation.
Alongside project delivery, we are looking for someone who can provide technical leadership within the engineering team. You will support and mentor developing engineers, share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our engineering capability and standards.
This role offers a rare opportunity to combine hands-on engineering, customer engagement and team development within a highly specialised engineering business.
