We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to support executive leadership and streamline daily operations. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and foresight
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Organize files, data entry tasks, and administrative records to ensure easy access and confidentiality
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences including venue arrangements, catering, and materials preparation
- Assist with personal errands or tasks as needed to support the executive’s daily activities
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders to ensure smooth office operations
Skills
- Proven experience with administrative duties in a professional setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus for handling basic financial tasks
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
- Knowledge of office procedures including clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning
- Exceptional phone etiquette with clear communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
