Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Welcome guests and take their orders efficiently and courteously
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and sanitising surfaces
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
- Restock supplies and ensure all serving areas are well organised throughout shifts
- Support the bar team, with drink preparation when necessary, including coffee and specialised beverages
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure guest safety at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Skills
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable
- Knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Organised with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £31,739.52-£35,000.00 per year
