Window & Door Installer
Location: Based in Ammanford, covering South & West Wales
Salary: £26,500 - £36,000 per year (depending on experience)

About Us
Sapphire Windows is a friendly, family-run business established in 1989. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Window & Door Installer to join our team with an immediate start.
We pride ourselves on quality over quantity. Our installers are encouraged to work to the highest standard, not to rush through high volumes of frames per day. We work with trusted, high-quality partners to supply the best products for our customers. With expert training, you’ll be supported to ensure every installation, whether made in-house or provided by our partners, is completed to the highest standard.
What the role involves:
- Installing windows, doors, and conservatory replacements
- Majority of work is local residential (short travel times)
- Working Monday-Friday, 8am-4.30pm (40 hours per week)
- Optional overtime and some weekend availability
Fitting:
- uPVC Windows & Doors
- Aluminium Windows & Doors (including aluminium frames, sliding & bi-fold doors)
- Composite Doors
- Timber Windows & Doors
- AluSteel (Aluminium frame and Steel Slab) Doors
- Internal Steel Doors
- Conservatory replacements
- Tiled (warm) roof systems
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years fitting experience (essential)
- Experience with aluminium products (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence (required)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills - confident in a customer-facing role
- Someone who takes pride in their craft and works with care
