What You'll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of the pub and rooms operation
- Managing bookings, occupancy and guest stays
- Driving wet sales while maintaining strong service standards
- Leading and developing a front-of-house team
- Managing labour, stock, GP and compliance
- Delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven General Manager experience in pubs with rooms
- Strong understanding of accommodation bookings and guest journeys
- A hands-on operator who leads from the floor
- Commercially aware with good operational control
- Someone who enjoys running a well-rounded hospitality business
