We have an exciting new vacancy for a Bar Supervisor to join our team at The Royal Bath hotel. This historic 207-room hotel, established in 1838, is renowned as Bournemouth's first hotel. Your main duties will include:
- Supervising shifts to ensure the smooth running of the bar.
- Serving food & beverages to guests.
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
- Maintaining a clean and organised service area.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Bar Attendant or an existing Supervisor, with excellent communication skills. The role also requires cellar experience, hotel experience, and a strong, customer focused approach.
