Duties

- Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms to optimise reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media management and digital marketing.
- Handle public relations activities related to social media crises or reputation management as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and their application within social media contexts.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Analytical skills to interpret data from analytics platforms like Google Analytics or platform-specific insights.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- A recognised qualification in marketing, communications, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
