Youth & Children’s Programme Administrator (Hybrid)
We're looking for an organised and proactive Youth & Children’s Programme Administrator to support our team with day-to-day administration
Location: Hybrid (Remote)
Contract Type: As and When, or Freelance (Self-Employed)
Responsibilities
- Systems & Data: Manage sign-ups, secure medical/consent data,
- Communication: Promote programmes via WhatsApp/Social Media and provide clear updates to parents.
- Logistics: Coordinate schedules for clubs (e.g., RClub, Cooking Programme, Learn2Lead) and procure supplies.
Compliance: Maintain safeguarding registers, ensure valid DBS checks for volunteers, and author risk assessments.
Requirements
- Previous administration or office support experience.
- Database management
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience using Mail Chimp and Canva
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including forms.
- Knowledge of UK safeguarding, DBS protocols, and risk assessments.
- Familiarity with the Jewish holiday calendar and KLBD Kosher requirements.
