Butter Bird is an independent, vibrant rotisserie located in the heart of Manchester’s buzzing Ancoats district. We’re developing a fantastic reputation for our signature tea brined, locally sourced rotisserie chickens and are looking for a talented and passionate bartender to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 2 year’s recent experience working as a cocktail bartender on a fast-paced bar
- Brings creativity, energy and pride to their role
- Has a great attitude, willingness to learn and to be truly involved
- Has the ability to stay calm under pressure on a busy bar
- Has strong teamwork skills and a love for hospitality
- Will support other members of the team
