We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Worker to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Clients and Residents.
In this vital role, you will provide personalized patient care, support daily activities, and promote a safe, comfortable environment for seniors and individuals requiring specialized care.
We support Care Homes, Nursing home , Independednt and supported living Accomodations in Netley, Botley, Romsey, and Eastleigh.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
- Provide compassionate patient care tailored to individual needs, including medication administration and health monitoring
- Support residents with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs to maintain health and comfort
- Help manage behavioral challenges associated with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive impairments through patience and behavior management techniques
- Conduct light housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents
- Document patient progress, incidents, and care activities accurately in compliance with facility policies
- Support hospice or end-of-life care by offering emotional comfort and assisting with comfort measures as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice care, and senior care best practices
- Certification or training in first aid and CPR is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when assisting residents with mobility or transfers
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for transportation or errands as required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with residents and team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed

Pay: £12.75-£15.00 per hour
