Duties

- Assist in meal planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory management to minimize waste
- Follow food safety guidelines diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Support serving staff by providing timely and quality food portions during service hours
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation and optimize kitchen workflow
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of kitchen safety procedures, sanitation standards, and food handling regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Prior experience with meal preparation, serving, or restaurant operations is highly desirable
