Havannah Primary School - School Cleaner (early evenings)– Ref: AA AD 8010 - Permanent
The Governors at Havannah Primary School wish to appoint a School Cleaner to work early evenings to ensure a high level of hygiene throughout school. We are looking for someone who is committed to the role, takes pride in their work, is reliable and resilient and has energy and enthusiasm. The candidate should have the ability to work on his or her own as well as being able to work as part of a team and to put their initiative and experience to good use.
The post is currently 6 hours per week, term time only, 3.00pm to 6.00pm for 2 days per week. The salary range for this is Grade 2, £12.71 per hour. As the role is for 43.644 weeks per year (38 weeks per year plus paid leave), the pay will be spread out equally over 12 monthly payments of around £278.00 (before Tax/NI etc). We will offer additional holiday cleaning hours during the summer break.
You will not be able to take holidays during term-time.
The post will commence as soon as possible after interview.
