Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Registered Manager or an experience care coordinator with plans to progress to the position of a Registered Manager within one year, to oversee the daily operations of our domiciliary care agency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in managing CQC inspections, and a passion for delivering exceptional care. Duties
- Lead and supervise the care agency, ensuring high standards of care are maintained at all times
- Oversee the development and implementation of personalised care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Ensure medication administration is carried out safely and in accordance with legal requirements
- Manage daily operations, including staffing schedules, resource allocation, and quality assurance processes
- Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, including CQC regulations and health & safety policies
- Support staff training and professional development to uphold best practices in dementia, Alzheimer's, and senior care
- Build strong relationships with residents’ families, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively to ensure sustainable service delivery
- Promote a positive organisational culture centred on compassion, respect, and dignity for residents
Experience
- Proven management experience within a domiciliary care agency.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through supervising experience and leadership skills
- Knowledge of care planning processes and medication administration protocols
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing care packages in the UK (e.g., CQC standards)
- Experience in developing and implementing care strategies that improve quality of life for residents
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Essential Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care Management or equivalent
Proven experience managing patients within adult social care services
Proven experience in a care management role, particularly in domiciliary and supported living.
Strong experience overseeing medication management and administration
Solid understanding of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
