Sub-Cool FM, Are actively seeking a reliable, strong minded Air conditioning engineer with Service & Maintenance experience to add to its team with an attitude to continue the companies nationwide growth as an individual & work together as a team.
Due to several contract wins, we are seeking a highly technical minded engineer to:
Cover, PPM & Breakdowns, to Fault finding VRF, AC, Chillers & AHU
Minimum / must requirement's
A minimum of 10 years service experience is required (do not apply if you do not)
- VRV & VRF Fault finding
- Commissioning experiencer & ability to fault find on multi VRF unit sites
- Have the ability to carry out maintenance at the highest level (fan scrolls/ full strip downs) in past pace, live working environment
- Be a people person, with experience in vast areas
- Training provided progression available/ Contract management/ supervisory roles, OR senior roles within contracts

F Gas is required
- Experience with DX systems
- Experience with VRF/VRV systems
- Electrical knowledge/experience

Own hand tools required/ specialist tools included
Progression
Supervisory, service manager, contract management roles, are potential future paths,
Company van will be provided & Mobile phone.
Monthly pay and 20 days holiday per annum (excludes bank holidays).
Travel paid over 50 miles from home
Zero sick bonus £1000 per annum
Performance bonus starting from £1200
Summer working bonus £1000
