We’re working with a well-established law firm in Fareham that is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer / Commercial Property Solicitor to strengthen its property team.
You’ll handle your own caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues, with the opportunity to deal with a broad mix of commercial property matters.
The Role
Depending on your experience, your caseload could include:
- Commercial property sales and purchases
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Commercial leases, renewals and assignments
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Property finance and secured lending
- General commercial property transactions
The firm is looking for someone who can confidently manage their own matters and build strong relationships with clients. Equally, you’ll have support around you and opportunities to continue building your technical expertise.
This could suit a Commercial Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Commercial Property Lawyerlooking for a long-term move with a friendly, established law firm.
