Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable External Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of outdoor areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients, and visitors. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall appear maintenance of clients properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in various weather conditions while delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of a variety of external surfaces on our clients proerties as requested including walkways, paths, driveways , roofs and guttering and surrounding grounds.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, sweepers, and leaf blowers safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards encountered during cleaning duties to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used responsibly and stored correctly after use.
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding completed tasks or any concerns.
- Valid driving license preferred for operating cleaning vehicles or equipment.
- Good command of English for effective communication with team members and supervisors.
- Previous experience in outdoor cleaning or grounds maintenance is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently and report issues accurately.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual tasks.
