Client Relationship Manager – Energy Solutions
About EMBS
EMBS is a growing electrical and energy solutions contractor based in Lancashire, delivering commercial electrical installations, EV charging infrastructure, solar PV systems, voltage optimisation, power factor correction and other energy-saving solutions across the UK.
As we expand our Energy Solutions division, we are looking for a confident and proactive Client Relationship Manager to help us build relationships with schools, businesses, farms and commercial organisations.
The Role
This is a relationship-building and business development role focused on introducing EMBS to prospective clients and arranging meetings for our management team.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging with decision makers and building a pipeline of potential projects. The role will involve a combination of telephone outreach, email communication, LinkedIn networking and ongoing relationship management.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building professional relationships and helping businesses reduce their energy costs.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across a range of sectors including schools, farms, manufacturing businesses, care homes and commercial property owners.
- Contact decision makers by telephone, email and LinkedIn.
- Introduce EMBS and our range of energy-saving solutions.
- Arrange meetings, surveys and consultations for the EMBS management team.
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
- Follow up enquiries and nurture prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing contacts.
- Support marketing campaigns and business development activities.
- Produce weekly activity and pipeline reports.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident speaking to business owners and decision makers.
- Professional and organised.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up opportunities.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Experienced in sales, recruitment, estate agency, customer relationship management or business development.
Experience within the energy or construction sectors would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided.
