Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Self Employed lash technician to provide exceptional lash services to clients. Including classics, hybrid, Russian etc This role offers the flexibility of working independently while delivering high-quality service. The successful candidate will have a passion for beauty and excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. This position is ideal for a professional looking to operate their own business within a supportive, fun, friendly environment.

Duties
- Perform a wide range of lash styles
- Offer additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions
- Provide personalised consultations to understand clients’ preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery and excellent customer experience.
- Upsell products and additional services to maximise client satisfaction and business growth.
- Maintain a clean, organised work station in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage store operations if applicable, including front desk duties such as appointment scheduling and payment processing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in related beauty services.
- Strong store management skills are advantageous for those overseeing their own space or team.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently.
