We are seeking a reliable and multi-skilled maintenance operative and driver to join our team, supporting the delivery of occupied and void property maintenance, which will involve general multi-skilled work.
This is a part-time temporary vacancy working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 12pm basic hours with additional hours as when required.
Occasional driving duties to include evenings and weekends as required.
Enhanced DBS required.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general, electrical and plumbing maintenance and repairs across our residential and commercial properties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain external areas including gardens, pathways and grounds
- Liaise with external contractors when required
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of work carried out and maintenance schedules
- Driving personnel to their desired destinations
- Undertaking general vehicle checks and ensuring it is clean and safe at all times
Essential Skills and Experience
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of health and safety standards
- Hold a clean valid UK Driving Licence
