Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to oversee our Home care specialising in Complex care , including ABI , Spincal injuries and ICU's care. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the organisation, ensuring the delivery of person-centred care tailored to individual needs.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review personalised care plans for residents, including those requiring specialised dementia and Alzheimer's care.
- Supervise and support staff members, fostering a positive team environment through effective leadership and supervision.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards governing nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
- Manage medication administration processes safely and accurately in accordance with legal requirements.
- Coordinate staff training programmes to maintain high standards of care and professional development.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to ensure seamless communication and quality service delivery.
- Monitor quality assurance processes, conduct audits, and implement improvements as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, staff rotas, and regulatory compliance.
Experience
- Proven experience working within assisted living or nursing home or homecare or Nursing/Clinical environments, with a strong emphasis on specialised - Nurse led care.
- Extensive knowledge of Clinical interventions and Home care model of operations.
- Demonstrable management experience within a healthcare or care home setting, including supervising teams of healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with developing and managing care plans tailored to individual residents’ needs.
- Experience in medication administration and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards delivering exceptional resident care.
