We are looking for someone who is friendly, organised and confident speaking with customers, whether by telephone or email. If you enjoy helping people, have a good eye for detail and like being part of a team, you will fit right in.
About the role
As part of our Booking Team, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the office. Just like our customers and cottages, each day is "Unique"! One moment you may be helping a family find the right holiday cottage, and the next you could be updating bookings or responding to queries from property owners.
This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, and includes working every other Saturday, with time off in lieu. Prefer working weekends? We are happy to consider a rota tailored towards more weekend hours for the right candidate.
What you will be doing
- Assisting customers with holiday enquiries by telephone and email
- Managing bookings using our systems, with full training provided
- Keeping booking information accurate and up to date
- Learning about our properties so you can guide customers effectively
- Supporting property owners with day-to-day queries

- Previous customer service experience
- An interest in travel or Scotland as a destination
- Basic knowledge of office software such as email and spreadsheets
You do not need to tick every box. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, a proactive approach and a strong work ethic.
