We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess a passion for the hospitality industry.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bartending role is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of basic maths for handling cash transactions and managing tabs.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- A solid understanding of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic work environment.
- Exceptional hospitality skills, with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
