About the Role
As an Aesthetic Therapist, you will guide clients throughout their treatment journey—from in-depth consultations and personalised treatment plans to delivering exceptional treatments and providing expert aftercare advice.

Your Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive skin consultations and digital skin assessments.
- Create personalised treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Deliver advanced skin and laser treatments to the highest clinical standards.
- Provide professional skincare recommendations and aftercare advice.
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate consultation and treatment records.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and clinical standards are maintained to an exceptional level.
- Work closely with the team to deliver an outstanding client experience.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualified (essential)
- NVQ Level 4 Laser & IPL qualified (preferred)
- Experienced in advanced facial treatments, ideally with at least one year's experience in a professional skin clinic
- Passionate about skin health and achieving outstanding client results
- Professional, confident and well presented
- Friendly, caring and committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Organised, reliable and attentive to detail
- Eager to continue learning and developing professionally
- Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays
- Eligible to work in the UK
