Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying protective coatings and finishes to kitchen equipment and surfaces, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment. The position offers an opportunity to develop practical skills in fabrication and surface treatment processes.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or masking prior to spraying
- Operate spray equipment safely and effectively to apply coatings on kitchen fixtures and appliances
- Mix paints, primers, or other substances as required, following specified ratios and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment to ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
- Inspect finished surfaces for consistency, coverage, and defects, making necessary adjustments
- Assist with minor repairs or touch-ups as needed using hand tools or power tools
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during spraying operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
