Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional beauty treatments, provide expert advice to clients, and ensure a memorable experience that keeps clients coming back. Your expertise in skincare, makeup application, and customer service will be vital in creating a welcoming and professional environment. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior therapists and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and service quality.
Duties
- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including nails facials, waxing, massage, and makeup for all occasions.
- Deliver personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport, listening actively, and addressing client questions or concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to enhance client offerings
- Promote retail products effectively to support clients’ ongoing skincare routines
Skills
- Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of treatments performed
- Expertise in makeup application for various occasions and skin types
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their needs clearly
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of health and safety standards related to beauty treatments
