The Position:
We are now looking to appoint a number of Repair Sales Administrators to fully support business operations with the realization of our repair sales objectives. Primary activities will include the production of repair quotations along with follow up on open quotations to secure orders from customers, in an efficient and accurate manner.
Main Objectives:
Acting upon leads from various channels (Insurance Reports/ Risk assessments/ Upgrades/ Customers/ Service Managers) and using the repair fixed-price packages to create quotation according to priorities
Collaborating with the Repair Desk expert (Tech based role) for quotation wording/ time/ material, if required
Using the information in CRM to ensure that the quotation gets to the correct recipient
Calling customers to follow up on quotes issued, within agreed timeframes
Checking outstanding works on the unit in question, on CRM, to adequately prepare for customer calls
Answering customer questions and securing booking confirmation orders
Key Accountabilities:
Production of repair quotations
Quotation wording – transforming limited descriptions of work into a customer friendly, non-technical format
Ensuring that the correct hours, material, subcontractor cost is applied to the quotation
Maintaining accuracy in that quotations are sent to correct recipients along with any further sales support collateral
Liaising with operational and/ or sales teams to identify correct customer details where there is a shortfall the system
Securing of repair orders
Following up on quotations with the customer in a set time scale
Answering any customer queries in relation to the quotation they have received
Ensuring any non-related repair issues raised during customer discussions are recorded and reassigned to the correct teams
Updating CRM with correct customer contact details where necessary
