- Provide friendly guest service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and upselling menu items where appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including counters, tables, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
- Uphold health and safety standards related to food preparation and serving.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required, supporting kitchen staff as needed.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is advantageous.
- Experience in serving or barista roles demonstrates strong guest service skills.
